Detailed Itinerary of Golden Triangle Tour 4 Nights 5 days

Day 1 - Arrival at Delhi and it's Sightseeing with overnight Stay in Delhi

Your journey would begin from the national capital, Delhi, early in the morning. When you land at Delhi airport or you are in Delhi, our representative would be there to welcome you and drive you to your hotel for freshen up then Delhi sightseeing would be begun which would be the first city of Golden Triangle.


Visiting Red Fort

Our first stop will be the historic Red Fort or 'Lal Quila' in Old Delhi. Lal Quila is the most iconic landmark in Delhi. It is a reminder of the Grand Mughal period. The historic fort stands a witness to the changing scenarios in India's history. This UNESCO World Heritage Site was built by Shah Jahan in 1638 when he shifted his capital to Delhi, then known as Shahjahanabad. On Independence Day every year, the Prime Minister of India unfurls the National Flag and addresses the Nation from its famous ramparts.


Exploring Qutub Complex

This is a large complex having many monuments from different periods of Dynasty. you would enjoy there Qutub Minar, Quwwat-ul-Islam mosque, Iron Pillar, Alauddin Khilji's Alai Minar, Alai Darwaza, Iltutmish's tomb, Madarsa attached to Alauddin Khilji's tomb and Sanderson's sundial and many more.


Enjoying Humayun Tomb's Architecture

After this, we would take you to the large Mughal Complex called Humayun's garden-tomb is also called the 'dormitory of the Mughals' as in the cells are buried over 150 Mughal family members. The tomb stands in an extremely significant archaeological setting, centered at the Shrine of the 14th century Sufi Saint, Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya


Lunch Time

Next would be a lunch break. The lunch would be at one of the Delhi's renowned restaurants, where you would be enjoying eating some Paranthas, Butter chicken, Kebabs, Chole Bhature, Biryani, Rolls, Samosa, and Golgappa. Those are very popular, delicious and healthy cuisines in Delhi.


Visiting Parliament House, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan and Raj Ghat

After Lunch, you would be bringing the Parliament House, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan and Raj Ghat where you will enjoy clicking some photos and videos and may enjoy some street food there.

Note: Parliament House and Rashtrapati Bhawan are seen from outside.


Lotus Temple

Our next destination would be Lotus Temple. The place is maintained with greenery. You will feel relax once you enter there. Surrounding area is so nice and full of greenery. Lotus Temple is a kind of one art building and not actual temple.


Akshardham Complex

After doing the sightseeing of lotus temple we would take you to Akshardham Complex. The main attraction of the complex is the temple, which is beautifully decorated with carved statues of dancers, deities, fauna, flora and others. This temple is built with Rajasthani sandstone (pink color) and Italian Carrara marble.


Jama Masjid and local market excursion at Chandni Chowk

In conclusion, you would be shown Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk market where you would enjoy the local food and shopping. This area is called old Delhi and it exists the Heart of city with its culture and tradition. After that, you would be driven back to your Hotel for staying overnight in Delhi.


Day 2 - Move to Agra, it's Sightseeing and Overnight in Agra

After having delicious breakfast in Hotel, you would be driven to Agra via Yamuna Expressway which would take around 150 Minutes to arrive in Agra. At your arrival in Agra, you would be taken for the sightseeing tour of Agra city.


Visiting Unparalleled Elegance of Taj Mahal

First, you would be taken to visit Taj Mahal. It is one of the most popular tourist places in the world. It was built by Mughal ruler, Shah Jahan. He built this magnificent monument to honor the loving memory of his deceased wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Taj Mahal, with its awe-inspiring existence in this world, has a lot to offer.

It took about 20000 workers to build this epic monument. Craftsperson, architects and other skilled workers were brought together from all the different parts of the world to shape the unparalleled beauty of Taj Mahal.


Exploring the Grandeurs of Agra Fort

After Taj Mahal, you would be taken to visit Agra Fort. It is one of the two UNESCO World Heritage Site in Agra along with Taj Mahal. It used to be the main residence of the Mughal emperors until 1638. It has many halls, gardens, and lots of rooms, each one built with elegance


Lunch Time

Next would be a lunch break. The lunch would be at one of the Agra's renowned restaurants, where you would be eating some very popular, delicious and healthy cuisines of Agra.


Sightseeing at Baby Taj

After lunch, your tour would begin to Baby Taj Mahal which is well known the tomb of ItimadUd-Daulah. It is a tomb of Mirza Ghiyas Beg, father of NurJahan. It is also known a draft of the Taj Mahal for its architectural beauty.

After Completing Agra sightseeing you be taken to your Hotel to stay at overnight in Agra.


Day 3 - Move to Jaipur for Overnight Stay

Via Fatehpur Sikri / Abhaneri Step Well Sightseeing

After having delicious breakfast your tour would begin to Fatehpur Sikri which is about 40 KM away from Agra where you would visit Buland Darwaza, The Dargah of Sheikh Salim Chishti, Royal mosque, Diwan-I-Khas, Jodha Bai’s Palace, Mariam’s Palace, Birbal’s Palace, House of the Turkish Sultana and Panch Mahal, Khwabgah (house of dreams), Anup Talao, Abdar Khana, Pachisi Court, Ankh Micholi etc.

After finishing Fatehpur Sikri sightseeing, you would driven to Jaipur via Abhaneri Step Well (Chand Baori) consists of 3,500 narrow steps over 13 stories. It extends approximately 30 m (100 ft) into the ground, making it one of the deepest and largest stepwells in India.after finishing this you would be driven to Jaipur to overnight stay there.


Day 4 - Jaipur Sightseeing and overnight stay in Jaipur

Early in Morning, After having your delicious breakfast you sightseeing for Jaipur would be begun.


Moving to Amer Fort

Located at a distance of 11 km from Jaipur City, Amer Fort has a very striking presence. Built on the top of the hill, it attracts many tourists every year. In the 16th century, this fort was built by a trustworthy general of Emperor Akbar, Maan Singh. This fort is a beautiful blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture.


Visiting Floating Jal Mahal on Water

Later, you would be visiting Jal Mahal. It is built in the middle of Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur. It seems floated over water and is a magnificent piece of work with it's fascinating beauty.


Discovering the wonders of Jantar Mantar

After visiting Jal Mahal, you would be taken to Jantar Mantar which is an 18th-century astronomical observatory that contains various astronomical and architectural equipment. It was built by Sawai Jai Singh II in the year 1734. This place can teach you about how old Indian astronomers used to work. It is a great tourist attraction.


Lunchtime

After seeing these places, it would be time for lunch. You would be able to eat some very delicious local foods at one of Jaipur's famous local restaurants. If you are a Non-Vegetarian then you would enjoy Lal Maas Dish here and if you are a Vegetarian then you would enjoy Dal Bati Churma, Onion Kachoris or Ghevar in Dessert.


Nahargarh Fort and Jaipur Wax Museum

After Having delicious lunch you would be taken to Nahargarh Fort stands on the edge of the Aravalli Hills, overlooking the city of Jaipur in the Indian state of Rajasthan and then Jaipur wax museum would be another attraction was built on the left side at the entrance of Nahargarh fort in support with Department of Archaeology & Museums Jaipur.


Visiting Albert Hall

Albert Hall is an ancient museum of Rajasthan. It is located in the Ram Niwas garden and it was planned and designed by Sir Samuel Swinton Jacob. He was assisted by Meir Tujumool Hoosein. In this museum, you will get to know a lot about the history of India and also see some fine artwork of Indo-Saracenic architecture.

After Completing sightseeing you be taken to your Hotel to stay at overnight in Jaipur.


Day 5 – Breakfast and Jaipur Sightseeing

Early in the morning, once you finish your breakfast then your Jaipur local sightseeing would be begun again.


Hawa Mahal

First, you would be exploring the famous Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds. It is built of pink and red stone. It was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. The palace was built for women on the royal family so that they could look over the parts of the Jaipur city.


Exploring the splendor of City Palace

After Hawa Mahal, you would be exploring the ever-impressive and the grand structure of City Palace. It comprises of Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal along with other creations. This palace was built by Sawai Jai Singh II during 1729-1732.


Lunch Time

Next would be a lunch break. The lunch would be at famous restaurant of Jaipur according to your choice, where you would be eating some very popular cuisine of the city.


Move back to Delhi

Afterward, you would be taken back to Delhi and we hope you would go to your home with some sweet memories of this joyful discovery of the Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra and Jaipur).
